This project aimed to revamp a 25-year-old kitchen into a fully functional space. We partitioned the main kitchen into two sections: one designated for the messier tasks like preparation and intense cooking, and the other to function as a storage area for kitchenware and dining essentials. We incorporated also a pantry within the dirty kitchen to enhance storage and organization for ingredients and other cooking essentials. To transform the kitchen's ambiance, we opted for grey cabinetry, complemented by geometric-patterned tiles and practical lighting. Additionally, we utilized an adjacent room to create a pristine kitchenette, dedicated to baking desserts and preparing lighter meals, as well as for making tea and coffee..For the kitchenette, we chose lighter wood tones and accents to establish a contrasting, airy feel in the space dedicated to dessert baking and the preparation of lighter meals, tea, and coffee.
With our adventures in interior design, we look forward to our cultural journeys intertwining and the opportunity to collaborate to create better living experiences, just as we have done for many other projects.
